SMS Terms — Answering Service Notifications

Effective date: September 10, 2026

Program: Eighth Avenue Digital answering service notifications, operated by Eighth Avenue Digital, LLC.

What messages you'll receive

  • Caller confirmations. You call a business that uses our answering service. If you say yes when the assistant asks to text you, you'll receive a confirmation that your request was received. It may include the business name, your request, and when to expect a callback
  • Business notifications. Client Businesses and the staff they designate receive call summaries, urgent-call alerts, and links to activity reports at numbers they provided and authorized when they signed up

We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this program.

How you opt in

  • Callers: when you call a business that uses our service, the AI assistant asks whether it may text you a confirmation, and reads the disclosures on our opt-in page. A text is sent only if you say yes
  • Business contacts: when notifications are set up, an Eighth Avenue Digital operator reads you the consent disclosure on our opt-in page. Your number is added only if you agree

Message frequency

  • Callers: usually one message per call
  • Business contacts: varies with call volume

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

  • To stop: reply STOP. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages
  • To resubscribe: reply START
  • For help: reply HELP, or contact mark@eighthavenue.digital
