AI Answering Service
Eighth Avenue Digital LLC runs an AI phone answering service for local service businesses. When a business can't pick up (after hours, out on a job, or in a rush), our AI assistant answers. It:
- takes down the caller's details
- sends urgent calls to the business's on-call staff
- sends the business a summary of every call
Every call opens with a notice that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.
Text messages. The service sends two kinds of texts, and only to people who have agreed to receive them:
- a confirmation to a caller who asks for one
- call alerts to the business's owner and on-call staff
We never send marketing texts.
